Dondrell Swanson - State Farm Agent is searching for a currently licensed, competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.We are an agency that is looking for elite people to join our winning team that serves customers from two locations in the Valley. We strive to provide valuable customer service along with high quality insurance and financial service products. Although the responsibilities will vary from day to day, we are seeking an qualified “Rockstar” to join our team and help advance our efforts to grow our business. The ideal candidate for us will be an energetic, reliable professional who is a confident problem solver, adaptable to change and willing to take on several task to assist our team and provide remarkable customer experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
  • Must be currently licensed (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health)
  • Prior State Farm experience required
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • People-oriented
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Able to learn computer functions
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Compensation $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
